   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

5. Inspection and Approval:

   • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the item passes inspection.

Interpretation and Definitions

• Exchanges:
  Replacement of a product due to sizing, color, or design issues, applicable only to unused items in their original condition.

• Returns:
  Refunds for items that are damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory.

• Receiving Date:
  The date the item was delivered to your provided address.

Additional Notes

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval and are credited to the original payment method.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic proof, to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
